Adding a chat feature allows your viewers to chat with you (and amongst themselves). With the current latency of HLS live streaming, chat is a great way to continue the conversation as any latency is hidden by the fact that the streamer has to read the chat, making any delays feel more natural.

In this demo, we have integrated a chat room with Comet Chat. the livestream is currently out our back window, but could be a live strea, or conference talk, or any other presentation.
